UNIFORM POLICY

RCSA Intracoastal Uniform Policy

Required Girls Uniform:

Navy or khaki pants or knee length shorts; when wearing pants or shorts, no capri, denim, cargo or jean style pants. Belt is worn in belt loops. All clothing items may not be tight fitting, ripped, or too short.

· Navy blue or khaki skirts/skorts at or just above the knee. (if more than 3 fingers above the knee it is too short)

· Red or navy polo shirt with the RCSA logo purchased from the school.

· White, khaki or navy, plain colored socks (no designs or patterns)

· Shoes must be closed toed athletic shoes.

· No roller shoes or light-up athletic shoes are permitted.

· Students must have their natural hair color, no distracting shaved designs or other miscellaneous items

· Small head bands may be worn. No bandanas, cat ears, etc.

***K-5 girls may wear uniform jumpers/dresses. If the jumper/dress covers the school logo on the polo, you must have our logo embroidered on the jumper.

Section: Required PE Uniform (Grades 6 -8):

· Uniform t-shirt and shorts that are purchased from the school (must be appropriate size not form fitted)

· White, khaki, or navy plain socks Athletic closed toe shoes

· Students are required to change into PE uniform for PE class and back to the regular uniform for school classes.

Guidelines for Dress Down Days:

· Dress down days are privileges that RCSA gives to students for special events.

· Students must wear appropriate attire during dress down days. This includes closed toe athletic shoes, not-ripped reasonable length t-shirt and pants.

· Shirts that include negative slogans, skin tight items, revealing clothing are strictly prohibited.

· Students who receive any OSS will be ineligible for dress down days.
